What is Investment Management Lifecycle?

The Investment Management Lifecycle (IML) is the process by which an organization manages its investments from inception to completion. The IML encompasses all aspects of the investment process, including planning, budgeting, sourcing, procurement, approvals, project management, and post-completion evaluation.

The goal of the IML is to maximize the value of an organization's investments by ensuring that they are aligned with strategic objectives, properly planned and executed, and continuously monitored and optimized.
