What is STRATPORT Model?

The STRATPORT model is a strategic planning model that is used to help organizations identify and prioritize their strategic goals and objectives. The model is based on the concept of "strategic fit," which refers to the alignment between an organization's goals and objectives and its available resources.

The STRATPORT model consists of four main components:

  • Strategy: This component involves identifying the organization's overall mission and goals, as well as the specific strategies that will be used to achieve these goals.
  • Resources: This component involves identifying the resources that the organization has available to support its strategic goals, including financial, human, and physical resources.
  • Implementation: This component involves developing a plan for implementing the chosen strategies and allocating the necessary resources to support them.
  • Evaluation: This component involves monitoring and evaluating the progress of the implementation plan and making any necessary adjustments to ensure that the organization's goals are being met.

The STRATPORT model is designed to be a flexible and adaptable planning tool that can be used by organizations of all sizes and in a variety of industries.
