What is The Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3®)?

The Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3®) is a framework developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI) that helps organizations assess and improve their project management capabilities. It provides a systematic approach for evaluating an organization's project management practices and identifying areas for improvement.

OPM3® consists of five maturity levels that reflect the increasing level of capability of an organization's project management system. These levels are:
