Work Process is a set of steps that leads the team towards its goals, namely efficiency, effectiveness, and satisfaction. Work Processes are a collection of interrelated (in time and/or space) activities, performed by a number of actors to accomplish a particular goal. Systems development under this organizational work perspective implies a strong emphasis on how work is conducted to achieve the intended products or services.[1]
