'Service Integration and Management (SIAM) is an approach to managing multiple service suppliers by integrating them, so they can collaborate to give the customer great value. The integration introduces the concept of a single, customer-facing logical entity known as the service integrator. The service integrator is an independent function that handles the management and integration of multi-source partners. It handles the complexity of multiple-provider service delivery by making solutions, technologies, and systems work together, with a focal point on technology integration.[1]
